1. What is ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO) that recommends guidelines essential for optimizing business processes in a consistent, efficient and organized manner. Adherence to the standard allows Dormont to consistently make quality products and perform quality services. This standard encompasses all aspects of our business, from manufacturing to office functions such as sales, customer service, marketing and accounting. It also provides a feedback loop for continuous improvement.

2. What does it mean to be ISO 9001:2015 registered?

It means that our quality business processes meet or exceed the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 as demonstrated by ongoing independent audits.

3. Is Dormont Manufacturing Company an ISO 9001:2015 Registered Firm?

Yes, Dormont first earned ISO 9002 registration in 1993 and has been re-certified every year since. In 1996, our registration was upgraded to ISO 9001. Our current registration status is ISO 9001:2015
