Global College Partnership Program
Watts is committed to professional development and leadership programs.
Since 2016, 46 college graduates completed or continue to work in our Leadership Rotational Program, where employees learn about our business and complete assignments over a 3-year period in different functional areas.
Since 2016, 33 college students have completed or continue to work in our Co-Op Program with local colleges. In 2017, one student was hired as a full-time employee.
In 2018, Watts provided internships for 57 students across 16 locations.
